Good interview as always from Sid Lowe. Brendan Rodgers and his Spanish became a bit of a meme but clearly, it was a nice touch for some players like Suso, particularly since he was signed by Rafa.

It was sort of part of the whole package that he came off as a bit of a “Brit Returning from Abroad” type.

I live in Gibraltar. Brits who come to visit barely speak Spanish and the best they can do is Una Cerveza Por Favor and La Cuenta Por Favor. I’m sure Rodgers speaks a lot more than that if he’s communicating with players!

i think the point is to just not have misleading title. Like some people just put a quote they like from the interview.

So do you reckon something like “Sid Lowe’s Interview with Suso” would have been ok?

What a fantastic read. Always enjoyed watching him at Liverpool but moving to Milan was probably the best move for both him and the club.

Quite surprising he says he hasn’t seen Odegaard since his one week trial with Liverpool.

I may be incredibly biased because Jamie Carragher is my all time favorite player, but Carra 100% deserves more credit and respect. He was nothing but a warrior on the pitch and an amazing leader on the team.
