I went into this thinking they would be complaining we didn’t have perfect grass or something like that. But nope, there’s a cricket pitch in the middle of the field that they had been promised would be removed before they got there.
That seems like a perfectly reasonable thing to be upset about, how could you have proper practice matches while having to avoid a cricket pitch in the middle of the field?
Yeah, assuming they were really promised that, it makes the organisers look a bit amateur!
