      Just in your lifetime, how many innocent people has America killed in the pursuit of capitalist ideals. There’s literally genocide in all systems because the people at the top are often corrupted by power. The idea that we shouldn’t help people because some people were murdered is ridiculous. Have a word with yourself.

            And at this point we can acknowledge that USA isnt an ideology. You can have capitalism without cop-violence, and its way better than socialism that inherently comes with violence towards the common folk.

            Of course, you cant have eg a nordic welfare state without rus*ians telling you how evil it actually is, but only dumb fucks suck that up anyway.

          The USA is bad because it does bad stuff. Russian propaganda isn’t the reason America habitually invades the middle East. Maybe you’ll grow up enough to have a discussion without attacking people at some point though.

          i dont need russian propaganda, i look at the difference between my country and america and choose not to enter for various reasons: weapons the most obvious, corrupt police second, 2 corrupt party system, home of nestle and other really bad companies that killed more than some wars (maybe smaller wars but still), so much national socialism/patriotism and it would be expensive to only look at a different szenery when i could watch photos (i know irl experiences is a different thing but still)

          MY points

          i think the points that matter the most are the bad companies in combination that the corrupt political system allows it out of accepting bribes
          oh and they fight wars pasically for stealing the oil, when they cant harvest the oil they leave from what i got

              Dont know how much i debunk myself with some stuff, dont really care
              then sorry about the nestle thing, that is my error thank you for clarifying.
              At least here in germany we had like two main parties over the few years but i think now that they are loosing voting power everything gets better in general (except the afd but that is another story) so yea that is more an US specific problem.
              And US has a very short time for officers to train (i think 3 months or so) which reflects directly to the corruption. I think in north europe there are the highest times for police training and they have the lowest corruption rate. And i cant really think of another argument than money why the training should be so low.

              For me the US is like late stage capitalism where all the worse things of capitalism are very visible.
              I think my main problem is that with capitalism, the rich are like automatically getting richer what is a problrm for the entire population.

              And i dont even think i am a tankie because i throw some anti capitalist arguments.
              I personally would like socialism but i think that is only possible with smaller communities and not really with the entire globalisation.
              That is why i think capitalistic states with a lot of social rules like “tax the rich” are the best way to go.
              I really dont think i am a tankie, i may be dumb but not a tankie.

      Not all leftist ideologies include genocide. Yes those did happen in the past, but unlike fascism, leftist ideologies are not inherently bad. The only bad thing was the implementation of it. Countries like Norway, although capitalist, have many policies that would be considered by many people to be “socialist”, but do you see a genocide there?

        The fact that its only leftists and some loonies from far-right that downplay it, is just a happy little coincidence I think.

        Social democracy is not inherently left or right, I’m from the nordic states and we currently have a very right-wing government. Leftism is evil

          See, there’s your problem, you don’t know what you’re talking about.

          Time to open your eyes and look at what the actual left wants and does, instead of the one in your imagination. While you’re at it, do the same for the parties you do support, and check if what they’re realizing actually matches what they’re promising - and if that actually helps people instead of just the wealthy.
