why is it that men dressed revealingly is somehow associated with femininity? it’s just sexy, we need more of it, there’s nothing backwards about it

Generally this type of underwear (specifically high waisted and/or with thin stripes), high socks and long hair are seen as feminine. There’s nothing wrong with men being feminine. We don’t need to make things redefined as masculine for them to be ok for men. That’s my position. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I don’t think it needs to be masculine either. I want beauty and sex appeal to be seen as its own concept completely separate from dumb gendered norms.

Take the gender connotation out of clothing period. Let men wear dresses, and it be manly if that’s what they want. Let women wear full plate, and call it feminine if that’s what they want.

I want more women in tuxedos and more men in gowns and as much variety in expression as we are capable of in mind!

Probably because attractive masculine attire is generally portrayed as either minimalist or sweat soaked dress shirt and tie. A little embellishment to a loin cloth like a thong strap or frills would just make it feminine. Masculine oddly shares a lot of overlap with utilitarian.

    Very nice!!!

EDIT: I mean it. Very nice. Being a bisexual man in the early nineties royally sucked. I had to be closeted in two camps. Almost all of my straight acquaintances were homophobic (most people were to one degree or another) and my gay acquaintances gave me shit about either being a closeted gay man that didn’t want to accept his sexuality or being greedy (whatever the fuck that meant). I honestly wish I could be twenty again just so I could be able to live without all of that negativity.

First, how are those boob straps even attached?

Second, dude on the right is obviously a JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure character, so I prefer that one.

For the 0.0001% of humanity who have waists like that lol. Pretty sure if I removed ribs and half my internal organs… I would still have no curves.

I do love me some fems tho (regardless of gender <3)

The ideal would be to let everyone have options. Wanna dress slutty? Cool, we got you regardless of your character’s physical sex or preferred gender. Wanna wear 7/10ths of a leopard tank? Right this way, sir, madam or other.

Sometimes it can get the opposite effect.

(I’m a straight male) At times it might be easier to watch the male equivalent being around than the female one - at least the male equivalent wouldn’t risk me getting aroused too often 😂 That can be stressful too!

Honestly, I’d be more afraid of the naked folks if I was a bad guy. They obviously are good at what they do if they can run around like that and not immediately die.

Neither, how about proper fucking armor which looks infinitely cooler/better instead of chippendales and concubines ?
