It never was, but now “poor” is pushing into new frontiers in terms of income needed for base necessities
Oh man, this sounds bad. How much of a fighting chance would 2 immigrants have in Vancouver working entry level jobs? Asking for myself.
I’d honestly recommend moving further out if the said entry level jobs are available outside of Vancouver proper. Even Surrey makes a huge difference to quality of life if you’re not required to head downtown to work every day.
