I wish we could get more info on what projects are happening with the smaller countries, but nevertheless always good to see this China working with everyone not just the richest countries.
It would be nice if the Jamaicans can get their public beaches back.

China won’t help necessarily, but as Chinese corporations get wealthier, and western corporations get poorer, Chinese corporations can acquire the Western resorts and may work with the natives to allow natives to access their beaches. We’ll see to what extent the Chinese corporations shaft Jamaican residents compared to the western corporations.

Jamaica has been interesting since Holness took power. They’re taking a more independent route and have even told Prince William to his face that they were thinking of becoming a Republic.
