India’s elected Prime Minister refuses to address Parliament for fear of being questioned, refuses to addressed the nation on Manipur, refuses to take steps to end the genocidal violence, refuses to appeal for peace in Manipur.

Since the start of the Parliament’s monsoon session, the opposition have been damanding that the PM address Parliament. But he has refused to do so, so the oppo have become creative. A non–confidence motion forces the PM, who heads the lower hous India’s Parliament the Lok Sabha, to be present and participate in a multi-day debate where the oppo can raise issues & demand answers. Modi 's political party, the BJP, has an absolute majority in Lok Sabha and will win the no-trust motion, but once the no-trust motion is on the floor of the Lok Sabha, Modi will be forced to attend & answer questions. He wants to enjoy the power & perks of being the Prime Minister, but does not want to be held accountable for his actions/inactions.

Modi has visited Parliament building twice since the start of the monsoon session, the first when the session started where he spoke outside Parliament on its steps, and once inside Parliament’s library to address his party members. He refuses to step inside the Lok Sabha and is instead busy cursing out the opposition in state election rallies.
