It’s boring, it’s basically C:S I with like 3 mod features built into the base game.
Workers and Resources did just the incorporation of popular or useful mods (while acknowledging the original modders) and I think this is the best mixture of commercial development and open-source development. This model is not perfect, but it allows for smaller development studios.
