      When the news is about Canada and Medicine, then it should be in this sub. For instance, the massive attack against HEABC should appear in a BC sub.

      While 1855 doesn’t specifically mention distribution in a directive, the mentioned cost mentioned around storing and forwarding unrelated mail sent to too-wide a scope would beg for some restraint so it doesn’t become like UBE.
