    while he must be admired for his refusal to buckle to CR7’s antics, the baffling price tags of Casemiro, Antony, Lisandro Martinez, and Hojlund were the straws that took the camel’s back to its breaking point.

    in any case, i doubt a new appointee would be able to achieve much more unless deeper systemic issues at OT have been sorted out first.
