You don’t have to post the same 2 year old link in 5 communities at the same time. It makes browsing the local too repetitive for everyone else.
I honestly didn’t think of that. My goal was to just share important knowledge with as many people as possible. I will have local browsing into consideration next time. Thanks for the feedback.
But also maybe I’m the one actually using lemmy wrong.
There should probably be a way to hide away messages I already seen… I’ll also look into it. :)
