Summary

Elon Musk’s $1 million sweepstakes for his pro-Trump PAC is not random, but rather a way to recruit “spokespeople” for the group.

The lawsuit against Musk and his PAC alleges that the sweepstakes violates consumer protection laws and falsely advertises a random contest.

Despite the admission of liability, the judge allowed the sweepstakes to continue.

It’s always a grift with these people.

It’s not even surprising anymore. Oh… wow… the Scooby Doo villain’s mask came off again… crazy… who ever could have seen that coming… crazy…

    It’s just tedious.

I don’t know if this is a criminal charge, but if it is, then this is the answer right here.

A couple of months behind bars would be a brutal wake up call to billionaires that money can’t buy everything.

Of course they’d just double down on buying more politicians and judges.

This case was for the emergency order, to shut it down yesterday instead of today when it ends anyway.

There is a criminal cases well.

At least, according to an article that was posted yesterday when this happened

This was the emergency order to shut it down. Which would have just ended it yesterday, instead of today when it would end anyway.

There’s still a criminal case proceeding.

      Hopefully with a different judge.
