It’s great to see Burnaby stepping up. Many of my colleagues live there and are really liking it. OTOH it’s still severely lacking in public transportation and cycling infrastructure, so I’m not eager to make the move. Gotta keep praying for another year without getting renovicted.

My first thought was this would be declared unconstitutional or otherwise illegal in America. Awesome for them!

Burnaby wasn’t really on my mind as far as places to live on account of assumed cost of living issues. I might have to keep my eye on it after finding out about this.
