This essentially rules out wrath runes ever returning to a higher price by locking in a fixed price range between this price and shop prices. Doesn’t seem right for a 95 level requirement to me. Otherwise looks like it does what is needed for end game ironscape.
Maybe I’m misunderstanding, but if the price of obtaining extracts will be so high compared to the rune value; why not just use the GE still?
I believe this is primarily targetted at irons who have been asking for blood rune packs
Ah okay that makes a lot more sense, I forget about irons 😅
I’ve also spoke with some non iron players who pay way over the price from a player (instead of the GE) to get around buy limits. This will be 99% iron content though.
