I’d vote 8/10. The Lost City is my favourite so far.
I got the ToEE box, and it’s rad. If I had unlimited dollars I would prob collect everything. The Dying Earth box is fantastic.
The Dying Earth is only available for DCC, and not 5e, right?
The ruleset is DCC, but the important part is that they nail the setting feel. With a little crunching, you could transpose the meat of it to whatever you please.
Collecting? No. But my group played through Castle Amber and had a blast.
I have all but the lost city and castle amber. I keep meaning to get around to grabbing them.
They’re great, and I’m buying every release they put out. But I do kind of wish they reined in the excess a bit so they took up less shelf real estate. A three-volume set following a two-volume set is pretty silly. Goodman isn’t exactly known for restraint, though; nothing compares to their Judges Guild Deluxe sets which are as large as reading the The New York Times…
I’d never even seen these before but I guess I’m collecting them now, they look very interesting
