Hm…could be useful for those times you want to read a guide but can only find one in video form
They definitely should’ve put more thought into it before typing “internetism”, but still no reason for an apology.
When I worked with fiber optic cables it was the fiber stretcher.
I meant this specific spot. It looked huge before I built anything.
Yeah, I JUST unlocked the AWESOME Sink, so I’ll have to figure that out next time I play too. Trying to bring verticality into the mix with just foundations seems like it’d make every build way bigger than it should be.
I just started today right around when I should’ve been getting to sleep. Got iron plates, rods, and screws as well as wires automated before forcing myself to stop.
I first (and last) played in I think update 5. It was a major PITA getting Proton to run it. I had gotten the space elevator built, but pretty sure I didn’t progress beyond that before a patch hit that caused the game to not even launch anymore.
Oh, it’s a game now? Back when I dabbled with it (early 2000s) it was a simulator as the name says. Flightgear is an open source simulator that, according to pilots, feels more realistic.

The bit about him fleeing after being spotted seems to me like a detail that shouldn’t be omitted.
The human turned the code in. They deserve 100% of the blame.

It uses the system dialogue, but it starts from the same directory each time. If I’m saving files it’s usually multiple files in succession, so I want the dialogue to start off pointed at the last directory I saved to. The Arch build does that.
Not to mention changing BIOS settings to allow booting from external media. I’ve yet to see 2 machines that were the same in that regard, so good luck writing instructions that a casual user could follow.
I’m ok with ignoring this rule. Most of us do anyway. While we’re at it, can we also put “never split the infinitive” on the chopping block?
