I want to keep instance light and safe as possible and I don’t want to let someone ruin it.

Right now I can’t see if my users posts/comments are removed or reported on other instances. Is there a way to do it? Currently, if there is a problem in a different instance, I am not aware of it, except that the admin or mods in that instance will notify me. I believe this is a huge problem.
