I had a person recommend to me that it was easy to be happy every day. They had acheived it super easily by having a super well paying job that they could do from anywhere and the only extra step was abandoning their family and kids so that they could start over without them bringing them back down and now they woke up every day happy… Then ended it with:
“I think you could wake up happy every day if you tried for it.”
