When we dissected eyeballs in highschool they were surprisingly firm. I’d bet on it bouncing.
I’ve only handled a cow eyeball and it would most probably bounce. Those things are way harder than you would expect.
You could see it with the remaining eye.
Well, the human eye ruptures at around 50 PSI. I’ll spare you the math, but if you can throw it at a wall so it hits over 45 mph, it’ll splat. Otherwise, it’ll bounce.
This should be held as a great example why it’s worthwhile to pay attention in math class.
The best part is, while researching that rupture point, I found an academic paper comparing the relative squishiness of various animal eyeballs. Science!
