      They alternate between sucking in the first half and then recovering too late, and dominating in the first half before completely imploding. Looks like this season will be one of the latter options.

    Took me a second to remember St Pauli were in the second division, given their lline has Hertha, Schalke, and Nurnberg at the top

      What’s even more crazy is that they’re from a tiny part of a pretty small city in one of the smallest German states. They’re in the middle of nowhere.

      And the “bigger” team close to them (1. FC Saarbrücken) failed to get promoted along with them last year while they dominated the league for almost the entire season, as a NEWLY promoted team.

      They play attractive football and have some decent young talents in Faghir and Wanner (on loan from Stuttgart and Bayern)

    Hürzeler is such a big talent. Hoeneß as well. Roger schmdit is fairly old for but also doing very well. 3 really underrated german coaches
