    This is really shit, especially considering that at least in Argentina it was totally inconsequential (I don’t know about Seville because I didn’t see their games that’s why I don’t include it) he only played 2 games against Arabia that Argentina lost anyway and more or less half time with Australia where he did not have a leading role

    but that won’t avoid the controversy

      Argentines put all their effort on the try to win it. Maybe the most passional country in football world.

      He was not called again after WC and of course he is being hated for being selfish.

      What happens when you betray a passional being?..Rage.

        Honestly it seems very irresponsible to his own career and even disrespectful to his teammates if he did it knowingly and if his version of the cough syrup is true it would still seem like an extremely stupid thing to do. Why the hell does a team have a medical team if the players are going to self-medicate anyway without even consulting them if what they are planning to take won’t cause any problems? Especially considering that athletes have a list of substances that they should not introduce into their bodies.
