In Seattle, the landlord management services not only thought of a bigger number, but they all coordinated and thought of a bigger number together. Now that’s community.

Unfortunately, the Onion dropped the ball on this one. This is Boston and the landlord could only think of $2,850? The landlord needs to ask his neighbor for ideas. Also, not asking for the tenant to pay a realtor fee (very typical Bostonian)?
