It’s almost like most socialists are actually good people who just want to make the world a better place and don’t put profits above humanity. I hope Lula keeps up with his promises and continues to bring Brazil forward. The people there definitely deserve it.
And Bolsanaro is banned from running for president for the next 8 years. Things are definitely looking up in Brazil.
The really fun thing is that, nearly every week, there’s news about IBAMA (the govt agency that does the whole environment protection thing) and the army blowing up illegal mining operations. The night news TV almost looks like an action movie with all the explosions!

that doesn’t seem right at all? I mean progress is slow because things in Europe and the US are much less centralized. But just gaving a look and compare between Europe and the US, and other countries should make you understand that things are just better. Granted not good enough but nothing is gonna happen instantly. China is another thing.

Yup, when I’ve been in real depressive moods I’ve read stuff on that site, and man it’s as depressing and pessimistic as you can imagine. The worst are those who almost cheer for the world to collapse.
