As someone who’s been a bar-hand for two years, I have some red flags when I go to places and order beer. What are some pub/brewery/taproom red flags that y’all have?

I’ll start.

My red flag is when someone pours a beer and the tap touches the beer or the head. It just seems super unsanitary to me and it just irks me!
