I’m excited for this! If they’re as good at coffee as they are at beer, it should be a great spot.

Text from the article:

A Fort Collins brewery is branching out into new, non-alcoholic territory.

Snowbank Brewing, 225 N. Lemay Ave., will open The Morning Grind — a coffee and espresso bar — out of its taproom this week.

The new coffee bar is a response to the “gentle pull back” in the craft beer market and the rising tide of interest in nonalcoholic and healthier drinks, according to a news release from Snowbank Brewing.

The Morning Grind will be a collaboration between Snowbank Brewing and local coffee roaster Wander Coffee. It will offer a range of coffee drinks, cold brew coffee on tap and food options like pastries from The Bread Chic and breakfast burritos. Snowbank also looks forward to brewing some beer and coffee crossover collaborations.

The Morning Grind is set to softly open this week, with an exact date to be announced on its Instagram page (@themorninggrind.coffee). It will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
