    We need to make some anti-trust laws and welth tax etc kind of things to stop oligarcic lobbists from forming + when there is way too much demand for jobs and very few jobs this is kind of expected form our corperate overlords

      We are desperate people but no one can force anyone to work more than legal limit. Enforcement of existing regulations alone will help. However for executive roles like IT, there is no max. But since it’s knowledge work, hours can be flexible. That’s what these guys are trying to exploit.

        I was just thinking couple of days ago that we have very few mandatory leaves. And significantly beneficial labour laws to speak of…
