for some context, i had a cat since i was like 10, had it since it was a baby and he died last year age 6, he had a condition that made him litteraly scratch his skin off called facial dermatitis, i dont know why but he used to kinda like growl when eating or before we gave him food, or when he felt threatened, sometimes he did it when he felt safe, there was no real pattern to it.

but anyways i was really missing him lately, i loved that cat and earlier today i was in the living room with my mom, building a clothes rack and my girlfriend was doing the dishes, when all of a sudden i heard a low growl coming from the couch, i thought the noises were from my dog snoring (which wasnt uncommon) but then i realized they were in my room, my mom then asked “did you hear that”, so i wasnt the only one who heard it

me and my mom believe in ghosts, we cleanse our home maybe once every 2 weeks, so i know it wasnt a bad spirit, it made me happy to hear his growl again, now i know he hasnt totally left me
