I was a bit off on the March 26 connection I think. Looks like Loop Capital was going to be benefitting directly if the sale went to the other wing of Tailwind Aquisition group that ended up merging with Nuburu (blue laser company). Looks like Chukumbas last 2 companies he was at before Loop were one in the same - Got shut down by the Sec for overcharging clients and not disclosing all options available to customers. So, with his current firm Loop in trouble for offering securities to municipalities, and the ties to HKD, huh…smh, I dunno. Probably worth investigating some of his surrounding company.
