I’m a new player and I definitely plan on getting the PoF dlc so I can use the mounts. But, originally I was planning on getting the bundle dlc when it goes on sale so I could also play HoT. I love the game so far, but is the HoT expansion really that bad that it is not even worth buying/playing until way later on? (I am lvl 48)

My question is - If I only have $15 to spend should I buy PoF now or wait for the PoF & HoT dlc to go on sale?
