So I’ve started to play around a week ago or so and so far I have seen only one short conversation between people in chat. No one jokes around, no one asks questions, maybe a couple of people are gathering some groups and guild recruiting, but that’s it

Where are all people? Does everyone hang out only in some high level area? Do people talk only in group chats? Is that the server thing? (I’m on darth malgus). I’m a bit confused how not mmorpg this game seems to be so far :D
