Str Trek: Phase II - Nice live action TOS-era
Time Warp Trilogy - Animated TNG era. Once you get used to the voice acting, this is one of my favorite Trek series bar none.
Starship Intrepid - Live action TNG and future. Cool stories.
Starship Farragut - TOS live action. Interesting characters and stories.
There are tons more, but these come to mind right away. There are also some fun Star Wars and Indiana Jones fan productions. Do a search and see what turns up.
