Same here. I think this is a case of people growing up with something, loving it. Example: I didn’t grow up here, so I find Dion’s Pizza kind of meh. But a significant number of my friends who grew up here think it is best pizza ever. My ideal pizza on the other hand would be Pontillo’s Pizza from NY. (Bushnell’s Basin specially). Though I’m sure if a Pontillos opened here, people from New Mexico would be meh about it.
