Dropped a pork butt in the smoker this morning. Once it hit The Shelf I wrapped it up and let it get to 210 before pulling it out and letting it rest for 30 min before shredding and shoving it into my face.
Did 2 racks of ribs yesterday for the first time, still need to work on that. 3-2-1 didn’t quite work out. Didn’t get pics of those though.
heck yes, your post says your using a smoker. Are those practical in an apartment kitchen? If so I might get myself one
Definitely not practical in an apartment. There is, obviously, a lot of smoke. You might be better off using a slow cooker and some liquid smoke. Or maybe just your oven and liquid smoke.
