Heyo. I placed an order for a Momoka Ergo on the 13th of July and the only communication I’ve received is the automated “Order confirmed” email from Shopify.

Has anyone heard from Momoka or have access to some sort of off site contact details for them? I’d prefer to get my keyboard rather than go through the hassle of trying to get a refund, but 2 weeks without contact is starting to look a bit dodgy in my eyes.

    I don’t think I’d draw that conclusion after less than two weeks has passed for a small business like that. Have some patience, hopefully there will be an update on your order soon.
