Just wanted to say hello from !superbowl@lemmy.world and to let you know we’re holding an Owl of the Year tournament just for fun.

Every day I try to post an owl or 2, from common ones to ones where there may only be a few dozen in the whole world. I’ve also featured rescues around the US and a few other countries. I just try to give everyone something positive to look forward to each day, so come check us out if you haven’t already.

Today’s matches are the Barn Owl vs Bare Legged Owl and the Eastern Screech vs Crested Owl.
