Anyone have any sissy games they recommend? I LOVED The Good Son, I’ve easily put 50+ hours into it over the last few years, but haven’t found anything else that scratched that itch properly.

You’re welcome. If you need more recommendations let me know. I’ve only listed the best ones I could think of, those that are most like The Good Son.
TFGames has a shit ton of content and there is a lot of variation. It can be hard to find the best ones though, because many of the games are experiments by community members.
If you’re ever feeling creative, put on a pair of programming socks and take a look at Twine, which is the interactive story software most of these games are built in. Most of the games use Sugarcube as the story format, and the documentation is pretty good. If your story becomes more complex, it might be a good idea to separate the individual passages into separate files for easy editing. This is where a compiler lile TweeGo comes in, which lets you build your story from individual Twee files.
