It seems like federation is not working completely since the update. I have made a couple of posts but I cannot see them elsewhere. Is this just me or is it the same for others?
Resetting the server helped push the posts through, and new posts appear to also go through.
But I was not able to identify the source of the problem. It could be related to the new federation queue. I did not see any relevant errors in the logs, so all I know is that the reset worked - at least for now. I’ll see if it happens again or if others reports seeing the same.

Thanks! I have reset the instance. There is an open issue and this seems to affect several instances - I have even seen one report of an instance running the previous version having this problem: https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/4288
