I think you’re looking too deep. The ghost of Christmas future shows you how unimportant you are, but the character doesn’t care since the world is better than expected.
Good catch on the finger difference. That’s a subtle detail. I’d say your interpretation is a good one, albeit subjective because of the part about being “emotionless.” Intuition and inference are not absolutes, and at this point I’m really just being difficult for the sake of the argument. :P
