          The view of the power plant goes away. You’d need to request a copy of the planning documents to find out if anything else changes

            The power plant’s cooling pipes go out into the ocean and shoot warm water, which is super fun (and dangerous) to swim among. It’s probably going away… Yeah, coal is bad, but that was awesome fun.
