This one is from a model called “Realism Engine Meets Waifu Diffusion”, which appears to have never seen a photograph of human genitalia, just anime nudity. I have not been able to reproduce the effect with my own fine-tuning, though; if I fine-tune with only anime pictures, the result is that it only wants to make anime pictures. The key is probably the merging of two models. I’ll try that with a hentai and non-NSFW photorealistic model and see if I can reproduce doll crotches.

I don’t think this model is distributed anymore. At least, I can’t find it.
