TikTok is fumbling critical business partnerships and cluttering its app with unpopular features. It could be the beginning of the end.

    Why is youtube capping to that small time frame. Even most tiktok videos are like 2 minutes long minimum. Maybe that’s just the algorithm working for me, because I refuse to invest my attention in anything with that low of an information payoff.
