On one hand, I do think torture is wrong

But on the other hand, this just feels like more confirmation of Ukraine/US involvement that they’re so outraged about it.

    I do wonder, when the evidence of torture is so obvious, doesn’t Russia need to punish someone to keep the barest appearance of civil law? what has been the official acknowledgement so far? Will they just say “yes, torture took place, but the perpetrator can’t be identified from the videos or eye witnesses, so no indictments”

      my bet is they just come up with some handwaved bs excuse “they were resisting arrest and it required force to apprehend them” etc. And because nobody important in Russia is going to care that will be the end of it.
