Because people are morons and I guarantee that there’s a non-zero number of Democrat voters who will think “Oh, he’s running again? I heard he was a very good president but I thought he was assassinated. I must have been wrong.”
A lot of voters are woefully uninformed and only vote based on loose name recognition and gut feeling.
Generally speaking, for any poll, you’ll see about 10% support for anything.
