Maybe if it swells up so much that the blood passages are permanently stretched out larger? Not the safest way to do that but somebody else can try and see.

I got a mosquito bite on the tip of my dong while pissing outside as a kid. It did swell up ridiculously for a few days and made urinating difficult. I don’t want to see what a bee sting could do
