So do you think the Precinct Strategy is the way to change the party? Or will the RINOs overwhelm it?
How do you define the Precinct Strategy? I tend to think personnel is policy so it all depends on the values of the people implementing the strategy.

Ok. I looked at it. I am still of the same opinion. It all comes down to the values of the people involved. I’ve been a member of both my county committee and my state committee and I am not impressed by either. In most cases they just go along with whatever is proposed by leadership. Also, often office holders are also members of the committees which reduces the chances that the committees will function as effective checks on the office holders. Often the highest interest of committee members is self interest. There are opportunities for grift on the county level.
That’s sad.
So what is the solution?
Always speak the truth. Get to know the people involved. Support the right people and oppose the wrong people and constantly monitor their performance.
