The universe this writing collaboration focuses on centers around a fictional organization called the SCP Foundation. Standing for “Secure, Contain, Protect,” the organization is dedicated to protecting the world’s normalcy from anomalous phenomena. The majority of the website’s articles are dry overviews of the various monsters and artifacts the Foundation has secured. Some of them are wacky, and some of them are weird, but SCP newcomers should start with stories that are easy to understand or introduce universe concepts.

      A lot of the writing is really, really good. Much better than you would expect given the garbage ai-generated youtube videos would leave you to belive.

    I enjoyed SCP-2316 a lot when I first started following the SCP reports. I hope one day to get a higher clearance level.
