    So you take some tomato sauce which is poured along the bottom of the trey. Then cover that with pieces of lausana pasta (if traditional type, boil first) and then put what you want on each layer and just repeat the process to add stuff and then a layer. I made the “ricotta” by using a potato masher on a block of tofu and mixing it with spices and vegan monsarella and vegan mayonnaise (you could buy at store or make your own for that part. Other than that, just add different types of vegan cheese and sauce on each layer. I also added mushrooms and spinach in mine.
