A true Mask off post. They’re admitting that experience is BS, and that they only accept people based on feelings and not qualifications.
But, the current system helps them pretend that it is objective. It’s like meritocracy, it only exists in theory, not in practice.
I don’t know about them formatting, but the content is positive. You should hire people without bullshit ‘experience’ requirements
I have seen the exact same post posted by multiple people in LinkedIn and it is posted only for farming reactions and followers. They didn’t truly do this.
