This seems to have been disproven. The three major pieces of evidence were all bunk. The first was the “ satellite” photographs which was just Google earth with a stock image of a bullet hole overlayed on the deck. The exact stock image has been found.

The second was the carrier supposedly in port. But it was a picture of the Russian carrier undergoing repairs.

And the third was the video of the carrier being stuck by missiles three times… which was from ARMA.

Also the USS Eisenhower is not the US Navy’s “best aircraft carrier”. It’s one of its oldest and most outdated carriers. It’s set to be replaced and scrapped within a few years. It’s over 50 years old.

It was also taken down, by Al-jazeera.

His point was not that there was evidence, but that the houthis have only ever claimed things they actually did.

His support was the captain quickly posting an old video of the undamaged deck, and not a recent video of it.

There is no evidence either way, apparently.
