One-for-one. I was really pessimistic about Kuemper’s contract when we signed it and I might be even more pessimistic now. It feels like there’s a very high chance we’re just bringing back the past couple years of Kuznetzsov without the good memories attached.

Hopefully the guy makes me look like an idiot for saying this.

    The 25-year-old, former third-overall pick signed an eight-year, $68 million extension as part of the sign-and-trade deal, locking him up through the 2030-31 campaign.

    Yeah, wow, fingers crossed!

    Sad to see Kemps go, but not gonna deny that situation just wasn’t working out how we’d hoped. Supes pumped for another year w/ Lindy, hopefully longer.
